hahah thats funny as fuck! i have a pretty long lastname but if a girl beings that up, i'd say something cheeky like "Keep laughing, soon that's gunna be your last name too"

You can also fall back onto something to make a joke out of it if it doesn't go as planned. i.e Yeah check out this long piece of string I have (pulls out string), gauge their look, haha you thought I meant my penis nah its pretty small. Deliver with confidence and it doesn't matter your saying you have a small cock.

Its worked for me except I used the gummy snake I was chewing on. (string was just an example).
