Anyway, when i was chilling i had my back completely turned to her, unintentional and a few guys had come up to me and said she was eyeing up my tattoos as i walked passed, and im not sure whether she was still glancing at me.

Just say a non-creeper sounding reason to why you added them.

Something like "Oh I saw you at the party the other night as I was leaving and I didn't get a chance to say hello"... then from that, over the days, gradually talk to her more and more, unless you have a smarter plan to spark instant interest. This is an approaching indirectly tactic.

Or if she knows you saw her.... just give her some other reason that doesn't sound like bullshit that makes sense to why you didnt talk to her.

I sincerely believe, from any position, no matter in what way you're approaching, or how the target currently feels about you... if you phrase your words correctly and are strategic about your seduction, you can make them like you. Emotional states are never permanent and you just need to steer them in the direction you want... You can even make someone who hates you intensely fall in love with you, it's actually very easy, once you just reverse the hate... since hate and love are the same chemical in the brain.
