I text her last night saying i think she is messing me around and i dont like it after she flaked me again! and now she just wont reply to me at all?
i have propositioned her saying if i dont here from here by the time i got back to london then im going to assume we are over... and she still has not replied?

I would pay her less attention and focus on other woman, this will likely make her more interested as so far you don't seem like much of a challenge and she is taking you for granted.
Remember dood, after you have had sex with a girl and established initial attraction, rapport, connection etc. You can set boundaries and make demands to no downside as she is already invested in the relationship, if she isnt, she is gone anyway. Pay her less attention and see how she reacts, it isnt going to get worse and may likely get better.
