long story short i work with alot of women, 95% of customers are women. i wanted to just find out a few tips on how to approach with out losing my amazing job.

You know I have one rule, U don't have to follow, but if you respect your job and don't wanna lose it. don't take a shit where you eat.

You can pick up wherever you want.

Agreed with above poster. You don't take work with you to the bar, So don't take the bar attitude to work. You can use stealth pick up and have them chasing you so that you seem professional, but this can still result in getting noticed by your boss that you're always collecting numbers. Not a good idea if you wanna keep that job.

Speaking from experience, I used to work with a lot of women also. Had ample time to talk to them, game them, collect their number, and f-close a few. Well when word got around (because women always fuckin talk), it eventually got to my supervisor. When he called me into his office, he asked, "So... How many relationships were you actually in with employees at this facility?" I said, "Relationships? None." He said, "I see. Well in that case, your performance is highly unprofessional and far too personal. You're fired."
