In a opener your goal is to reach the social hook point.

1.What I don't understand is can you say anything for an opener (nothing canned)?and
2.how do you know that you reached the social hook point? Is it when she shows 1 IOI?

an opener is whatever cn get u a conversation with a chick.
it can range from a philosophical question to a fart or even a growl.

the difference is that good openers will offer you many directions to continue your conversation, while others wont give u much of a choice.

even if the chicks dont respond, u dont have to continue with the opener till u get 1 IO...

again, the opener is just to get u a convo. once ure done with it (can be canned of course, unless she's heard it be4. then u got a problem) u can continue to the convo

An opener can be anything. The difference is that some openers work better than others. Magic Bullets explains this really well. Basically you have high risk openers: (hey wanna fuck?) they'll almost never work but the reward is high then there's low risk but little reward: (Hey got the time?) You'll almost always get a positive response but there's little to no reward. The key is finding a nice balance this where indirect openers usually site. (Hey guys I need a quick opinion) Is safe and easily leads into further conversation but there's others that work just as good. The hook point is intimately tied in with your FTC (false time constraint) the idea is you keep rolling off and you reach the hook point when they don't want you to leave. You come in open, ftc and root. Then you neg the target DHV and start rolling off. After one or two DHV spikes you should have the approval of the targets friends. They'll say "OMG you're soo much fun!" you can probably guess once you've heard that you've reached the hook point if you're not sure FTC again and watch their reaction.

One thing I want to mention is this is perfect game. The hook point is fairly elusive. You'll hit it then maybe seem to lose it. Really you can pickup women quite well without a perfect hook point. I always used a groups body language as an indicator of whether I was at the hook point. Are they smiling laughing and comfortable? Not threatened or uncomfortably trying to figure out why you're there? Then your still on the hook point.
