I keep hearing everyone say if your struggling inside or feel anxiety then the girls you are talking to will feel that. I understand that you need to just be you with no fear of consequences but how to you attain that if you really are afraid and struggling inside? So if I'm out doing daygame by myself, how do I pump myself in to "state"? Does it come with experience?

Getting into sarging state is a gradual process. I start by listening to music that amps me up then talking to people that I have no intent of sarging. This will allow you to slowly, yet solidly build up confidence, so that approaching the hotties won't be so hard.

To answer you question yes it is possible to pick up girls out of state. What you are doing at this time is creating a state dependacy. That is not what you really want when your doing pick up. You want to have more a compatancy to pick up. This is where you know how and you are effecent at it. At this point state really doesn't matter. It takes people a large array of times to develop this. Some one boot camp, others maybe a few years, still some never get it.
Yes it does come with time some times. To pump your self up though is nothing more than getting a few positives under your belt for the night. You get a girl to smile to talk to let you touch her to kiss her. your having a fun time now. Why thats 4 positives right in a row. Thats what state really is is your just having fun with the situation and feeling like it is all going right. So get those positives and make it a great day or night.

I geuss you could have some alcohol if that helps lol. I find after the first approach good or bad its alot easier from there on.

Actually, I like a couple drinks but if you're day-gaming you can't smell like alcohol. I'd say the best way to get into state is to run a few sets. Start with a few hellos and build from there. Say hello to everybody. When the crazy-looking old guy hits you up about his run for mayor while he's wearing a wife-beater, that'll cheer you up. Then you can smile legitimately when you see the next girl worth your while.

Of course it is. Go, approach some girls. They'll probably blow you off, you'll laugh at it and here it is - now you don't care anymore! Here's your state, you can keep going.

If you approach them and dont get the pull, you are exactly where you were when you started. i.e. You have lost nothing! The more you cold approach people, the easier it will become.
