Okay so I work in a business casual workplace where everyone works in cubicles. This is a tech company and most of the people here are unsocial men. Well there is this HB8.5 that comes in once in awhile to work in my area. Well today she is in and I was trying to think of ways to open her. Just talking to someone you don't work with is not normal. Any thoughts would be super helpful.

when you know that she's working in her cubicle, walk by to the entrance of it and lean on the edge of either side of the opening, making it look like you were just walking by for a second. you can ask her opinion about something to do with work or a personal matter. after you start explaining your opener for about 7 secs, you go inside the cubicle and lock in by leaning against a filing cabinet or if there's another chair, go ahead and sit down. but make sure that as you do this that you tell her that you can't stay for long as you have some work to do or that you have to run to a business meeting etc. the girl will start expressing her opinion but dont let her get to the end of it, try and transition away from your opening and move on to some else, ideally anything about her. you can take notice of something in her office like a photo or something personal on her desk, you can comment on her accent if she is foreign. basically anything about her and extrapolate the interaction and of course get her number at the end if things go well.
