So every fridaynight my friends who I know from high school and I go to a local bar in our hometown. We all go to college for 2 years now and I have changed a lot (I used to be a dorky guy).

The problem is that my friends stayed the same so they have low value if you want to pick up girls. I noticed this last week at the bar because every time I opened up with a girl HB6-HB7 it all went really well untill she noticed who my friends are.

My question is: what can I do with this type of situation?

it dosent mean u need new friends it just means those arnt the people you want around you when your sarging.

You said things went well into they noticed your friends, so it sounds like you can do pretty good sarging alone if you need to and just use the classic line "i can only stay for a few minutes then i have to go meet up with my friends" (even if no ones around, its just a FTC (false time constraint, and then if you do good your apart of there group in no time hanging with them)

So either sarge alone or find a wing to go saring with

I've had, and still sometime have, the same problem depending on which group of friends I'm going out with. Here's what I do:

You DON'T need your friends with you to open up girls. Go to the bar or club with your friends and then just go do your own thing. Likely, your low value friends will hover around the same location in the club all night so you can go back to hangout whenever you want. Ok, go move around and work the room by yourself. In a lot of ways I think it's a lot easier to work a room by myself than with a wingman. Here's the secret that I've discovered about opening groups of girls when you're alone, don't address the entire group at first. Look for the chick that's standing a little to the side of her group and not engaged in the group conversation. It doesn't matter whether or not she's your target. The key is to get one girl in the group to accept you, this will set the pace of social proofing you with every one else in the group once they realize one of their friends is talking to some guy. Slap a big smile on your face once the whole group notices you and introduce yourself as a long time friend of the first chick you were speaking with and playfully throw your arm around her shoulders and pull her in for a side hug. I've done this many, many times and it works well if you do it correctly. Don't stay long and just move from group to group. By the end of the night you should be running the entire club and every girl there should have seen or spoken to you. Pick the hottest girl and take her home.
