So one of my female friends and I went up to the bar to grab a drink and straight after two girls tapped me on the shoulder and told me I looked 'cute', what would be my response to this direct complement, is it just simply 'thanks', or is it a test??

I need a good line ready to say so I can be prepared,

At least my increased confidence is making girls approach me more!

so they came from behind after your friend left? what did you respond?

you could respond with anything:

"that your best chat up line?"

"you could at least tell me your name before you hit on me"

"it takes a lot confidence to actually go up to someone and compliment them, thanks"

"have you been checking me out?"

"do you think thats the most important thing for you to be attracted to a guy?"

"thanks whats your name?"
