| My advice:
Now that you have her number, you've won half the battle. She obviously likes you enough to give you her number, so that means she likes you enough to hang out with you (why would she give you her number if she didn't expect you to use it?). If I were you, I'd invite her to a coffee shop to "study" or "do homework". One on one, just you and her. Coffee is a good way to get the energy flowing, and hardly anyone in school is a stranger to a good coffee shop.
Now, if she brings a friend, that's probably a bad sign (not always bad, but it complicates things a bit), but if she comes alone, all systems go. Let's assume she comes alone. Once you meet up at the coffee shop, give her a hug as soon as you see her and pick a spot to sit down (YOU pick the spot). If she doesn't drink coffee much, suggest a drink for her. Otherwise, don't worry about it. I'd try and get a different type of coffee than she does (different flavor, different style, etc.). This way, if you're lucky, you can mention how great yours tastes, and she may ask for a sip, just to try it (this would be a GREAT sign that she is interested). If not, don't sweat it.
Try not to do this "study date" too late. This way, you may be able to leave and get a bite to eat with her before you part ways. If you do this successfully, you can turn the "study date" into an actual "date", opening the possibility of a kiss-close. Good luck!
