I got pretty bad AA so should I just go with direct game until I get over my AA? for example I go up to her and say "Hey, I know this is random but I thought you were cute and I wanted to come say hi, I'm nate". O rshould I start of inderect and learn how to keep a conversation going first? thanks.

It's really hard for anyone staring off in PUA to start with direct game because they're missing the key elements for even the opener. That's why first you have to figure out what are you weak at. In your case it's AA so the best way to get rid of it is by trying to approach. Once you do this many times you wont have the problem of AA and your mind will be occupied with the next thing which is the opener. Once you have done openers and mastered them your brain wont be thing anymore about AA or openers because they are so easy to and your will think about the next part which is the conversation and so on and so forth. The key is to practice. Read the quote at the below. Good luck.
