How to game my officemate friend?

There's this hot babe at our office who works at a different floor, and I've been thinking of the best way to game her. We collaborate on projects from time to time and have come to know quite a bit about each other.

Should I act casual and hit on her when a work-related opportunity comes up? This has worked for me in the past.

Or should I be more direct? She works in a different floor we rarely bump into one another. I could probably use friends to get us together. Would it be a good idea to message her and do something similar to online chat / Facebook game?

Appreciate your advice.
