There is a bad news. If you against this idea, and you stick yourself for the belief of beautiful love you can push yourself to depression. These chemicals in your body can be on your system for 1.5-3yrs man. And believe me these are hardcore drugs what makes your mind dumb and the world is disappear around you with the girl in the focus only. So do a bit of self control and go out to have a night out with someone. For me personally the best thing is to go out alone after love otherwise I'll end up chatting about the girl and my feelings AND YOU NEED THE OPPOSITE!

1) dopamine is a neurotransmitter, not a drug - it's levels are indeed influenced by drugs, however
2) those "chemicals" you speak of are always in the body, and their levels will vary somewhat during the day - stating it takes "1.5-3 years" to leave your system is an absurd thing to say
3) often times talking about one's feelings is a good way of dealing with matters; however talking too much about something and not taking any action to move forward can in fact lead to depression
