So I'm a 19 year old virgin that's never been in a relationship, I had social anxiety for most of my life and still do to an extent. However, I'm at least above-average in looks and people assume I've gotten laid, some people even think I get laid regularly.

Enough background, there's a girl I have in mind in one of my discussion classes. She sits next to me (which I don't really read that much into) and she's always in my group. When we turn our desks to get into a circle, she sits pretty close with her body and legs facing me. I see her looking at me a lot, and one time she just stared into my eyes for a few seconds. I've also made her laugh, and the few times I've seen her outside of class she's smiled and waved at me.

The only problem is, in a group it's kind of hard to flirt with her. Group discussion doesn't really help with one-on-one conversation, so while I can talk to her fine I'm still kind of constrained. We know pretty much nothing about each other because of this. Also, she seems like one of those girls that's just very flirtatious and talkative even if she's not interested.

I'm reasonably confident that she'd respond well if I started talking to her, I just don't know how to go about this situation. The class setting makes it sort of awkward. Any advice or experience with girls from class?

Im essentially in the same situation, but ive managed to talk to mine outside of class but never individually. Id appreciate someone to comment on this too lol

Me too was in the same situation but in my case i had gone a bit forward with it.The girl was in my class and i got admission little late.So i am bit new in the class.I started noticing that this girl starts watching me and stay close with me also laugh for my stupid jokes etc..I send a friend request in facebook and we became friends in FB.

Now after chatting for few times over FB i asked her out on FB .I dont know if it was stupid,but it happened and she told that she cant see me like that and only be friends and then she asked me why i liked her and we continue to chat about that.Now after few days i neglect her in fb and suddenly she message me and starts the conversation.And along the conversation she asked me if i still like her and she told she was in a relationship in the same college.I said i still like her.Now she used to smile and she and her firends giggle etc when we met.

Problem is after this i dont know how to talk to her now.I feel that she like me but i cant seem to open a good conversation with her.Please some one advise me how should i start the conversation with her.Should i again tell her face to face that im serious ?? or should i act like im ok with it and be friends?.I really fell for this girl .She was also bit shy in conversing .Waiting for your valuable advises.Please forgive for my poor english
