Ok perfect 10 sitting in my class, I go to a regular cOllege without dorms,
I could tell this girl gets hit on like a million times a day. So I'm trying to stick out and make a lasting impression
Any ideas of what openers I can use during class?

Just like you said, a million dudes hit on her every day. Stick out and tease her about something. My personal favorite would be "You look mad. You seem like the type who loves (enter C/F comment about some random really boring part of the class she's in)" If you get a bitch shield at this point, just ignore it and introduce yourself. I like to not tell her my name because if she asks later in the conversation, that's an ioi.
