They will decline. And if they do dance like Mick Jagger, you can say...

"Not pouty enough", or "I want more arm movements"

They`ll eventually look like a twat. Knocks them off that pedestal they have put themselves on. THEN get them the water!

Or you guys can stop worrying about the cost of a drink. If a girl is just coming up to you and clearly trying to use you for a drink, then just say no. Otherwise, getting a girl a drink is a good way to isolate. Don't offer her a drink, just say: "I'm going to get a refill, come join me" or something like that.
