If you know what the problem is than fix it. That's the simplified version. If you think your weight is taking away from your confidence, than lose the weight. One step at a time. Don't get overwhelmed with too many things.

Listen man I am a overweight guy and I get alot more action than most other people could even dream about its not that you have "lost" your game moreso than anything you have lost your confidence which is a key factor in picking up women anywhere in the world. Just work on your inner game and try to bring back that feeling you had when you were dating the attractive women and things should fall back into place for you.
