If she is on her own or with just one or two friends just walk up to her and say: "Excuse me, but you must be the hottest girl in here and I must be the bravest guy in here for having the guts to come over and talk to you, as I have been so brave in coming over to meet you can you please at least give me five minutes of your time to chat to you?" I think this might just about work if you deliver it properly. I think if you use strong eye contact it might help as well.
