i definitely understand your situation here. See i actually put some rules on my day gaming.

I TRY not to day game around my work place where i know i will see the same people UNLESS she is SUPER HOT and i just have to talk to her. Like the other day when i met this hot latina chick in front of Starbucks.

If you are worried you will see the same people, then make a wise choice for yourself. Just because you think a girl is attractive doesn't mean you MUST talk to her. Its your choice if you feel like you should then go for it. You will see 100 more attractive women in the next 72 hours anyway. So if you feel that you shouldn't game in those particular area's i say don't. Go to places a few miles away from you, where you don't know anyone. After a while you will improve and be able to game in your local area's. Me, i personally don't care, if i get rejected in front of everyone. Most guys don't have the courage to go for things because fear.

So go for it man. Maybe not "game" the chicks you see but just start conversation.
