I think height does help with the game, as it makes you look more noticeable, alpha, and more powerful than some other people.

Right now I'm 6'0 (at age 15) and I would say extreme height would mess up your game as you seem too intimidating. I know I'll grow taller, but I wouldn't want to be above 6'4.

I think the best height for a PUA is something taller than average, but not extremely tall. I think somewhere between 6'0 and 6'3 would be best.
