There are 45 question which I found very interesting. Personally, I prefer to talk to girls about their families, their passions and lives.
Through my personal experience I found couple very interesting nuances.

1. BE A GOOD LISTENER. Girls are human beings too. They want to talk about themselves and they less care about you. We are all egoists
(You can tell a little bit about yourself, but do not go so far) come back to her personality.

2. .Ask questions which are really deep and emotional
Personally I prefer to talk about their families, hobbies, passions. You might find something different/ more interesting for you.

3.when you start your conversation, you can use super general questions for example...

ex #1: (opener)....
Me: So where are you from?
She: USA
Me: Cool. Probably, I guess your favourite hobby is to cook french fries as in Macdonalds.
She: Hell no lol
Me: So whats your favourite hobby then ?

ex #2: (opener)....
Me: So what are you doing?
She: I study for midterms
I look at her book and see that she studies law
Me: I guess if I become a bad guy, you can protect my asshole
She: hahahaha
Me: So, are your parents lawyers like you?
She : No my mother... , my father...

4.Keep a conversation alive Pretend that she is your friend...
After her respond, If she asks you something.
tell her your story... but after immediately come back to her...
for example...

She: so whats your favourite sport?
Me: My favourite sport is soccer... I joined soccer team, but I quit because I hurt my leg and I decided to be a coach. They do nothing for money.
Did you have the same kind of experience or a point of view? ( she joined a soccer club as well)

5. Enjoy the conversation with her, and keep it fun...
