This are some of the tools I never used, or barely never used when approaching. So I was always doing kamikase approaching without knowing a few simple rules of mutual attraction.

To begginers like me. This tools can be vital in approaching girls without having to fin hard bitches that come up with unexpected shit... Not trying to offend anyone...

The other thing which I have to work on, is trying to build a progressive approach looking on the feedback and not being needy.

At the moment I am doing almost 0 approach. Luckily I talk to some women who came to talk to me when I was walking with my dog.

Yet I feel like I need to take the iniciative. The important part is trying to go with the flow, but trying to channel the flow without braking it, an being more stealth.

I am recovering from a depression. I am much better, happy at the moment. What did I do to achieve this. Well try to not think....lol ...our head ocupies more space that it shoul be. And our psysical space is only less than a feet, and our head is all over the place, with all feelings and emotions. Its good when those emotions are positive, but when they are negative, they are unnesesary. So trying to be grateful for what we have, enjoy our trip in life. So happiness plays a major role in pickup in my opinion.

My tick list

1 Being brave
2 Doing baby steep
3 having a feedback
4 looking for nicer girls (to have more fun in life )
5 look for positive people ( there is too much negativity already,to add more of this , so no negative people )
6 Have fun
7 A. Be stealthy ( meaning, do go there saying hi baby, you are too cute to be alone, etc, unless there is an strong chemich between the two, try to create a situation, asking directions, etc. yet, there will have to be chemich between the two and eye contact, and smile, etc.
B. eye contact and smile . Instead of going parachute to a girl to be rejected try to see how its the ground first.
