Hey PUA's im pretty excited to go out sarging for my first time today. I've been reading up a lot on PU through this forum and i bought and read the MM. I know im gonna be nervous because its my first EVER approach and I want to do it right. I would like to n-close within 10 min so what do u guys suggest i have before i go out (opener, story, FTC etc.) Also any tips and/or tricks you guys have let me know.

You've read MM you say. Yet, you're asking questions in this post that MM has already answered. First, calm down. It's just sarging. They are just girls. It's no big deal. I can walk out my front door, walk around a block and pick up a couple of numbers. I can walk down a block to my Barnes and Noble and get numbers in there. It's no big deal. Quit stressing over it man.

Again, you've read MM. Use it.

Nice name by the way, I'm a Top Gun lover myself. Even have a TopGun shirt that says "ICEMAN" on the back. Anyways, I can understand you are nervous. Please understand this isn't like a test where you can cram before you go out. It just doesn't work that way. What's already in your automated response is in there.

Be ready to fail! One of my favorite quotes of all time from my career in sales is "Your willingness to fail, directly affects your willingness to succeed!" You're going to goof up in field. I'm sorry but its going to happen. I'm pretty good at this after 6 months, but I still screw up. I've faced that its going to happen, and when it does I shrug it off.

I'm not saying you can't get a phone number in ten minutes but try to go out with the expectations of having fun.
