I approach a set and ask the girls if they think girls flirt when being interviewed for a job. Before they can respond I say "here is why I'm asking...". I proceed to tell them that i work for a consulting firm and manage a team of consultants (DHV, Leader of men). I am hiring for an opening on the team and interviewed a recent MBA grad with a few years experience under her belt who's resume makes her seem like a great fit. (This statement develops the image of a younger woman, and most seem to associate recent college grad with being attractive).
This one is so good. Really like it! Question is what age should the girls have and 1-10 how good looking should they be?

I weave into the story how she held my hand a bit longer then expected when shaking hands, her eye contact a bit more then appropriate, that she came around to my side of the desk as I read through her resume, how she commented on my cologne and even touched me innocently during the interview. (again, DHV and potential preselection)
I think this should be very, very perfect as it is not 100% a flirt and it will make them argue with you, how would you guys respond on this? If they tell something like this:
HB: That is not a flirt she was only... bla bla bla yadayadayada...
or something like that.

I use this to get the sets opinion on whether the flirtation was intentional or innocent. This opens up the conversation on how men and women flirt, demonstrations of flirting, touching, suggestive conversation, etc. This works great for me cuz I have read several books on body language and male female communication so it gives me multiple threads to bring up.
This line sort of answer my question in a way but still. And could you give me some examples of the way you work them after the opener?
