I wonder if the 3sec. rule is fucking me up here, like by going over immediately just because I was smiled at is being read as needy/supplicating. My new plan is to wave these girls over to my table, let them do the walking. It just seems weird that an invited approach is suddenly harder that a purely cold one. Any thoughts??

Not from when you notice her looking at you. So you see the set and you go right in no hesitation whatsoever. You mentioned that the conversation went no where. What did you open with? What did you stack with if it didn't hook which it sounds like it might not have? Did you attempt any DHV stories? _________________ Been around the world twice, Talked to everyone once...

I held eye contact for about three seconds and came right over when she smiled and looked down. Don't remember what I opened with, it was situational. I don't use canned stuff usually, but I'm beginning to think I should. Maybe I overstate things in saying it went nowhere, there was some level of attraction, just not the adulation I expected from the AI. I ejected pretty early when it was my turn at the pool table, but looking back I think I could have made more of it had I reapproached. The lesson it seems was to have some canned stuff ready for those times clever improv shit doesn't spark right away.
