Has anyone ever used quick direct opener like ""Hey,I thought you were pretty cute, I was wondering if I could get your number?" at big crowded malls.

Also do you normally approach girls in stores, walking, or food court mostly?

I usually approach while they're walking or sitting alone.
After the opener, I would have a small conversation then go for the number

That opener is my extremely direct in a rush opener. I only use it when I have real time constraint. Honestly my results in the field are not very good with it. I think I catch alot of girls off guard with it. I personally would rather use that line for night game where intentions are a bit more known. Idk. Just my two cents. I hope you make it work for u tho. I personally love the line bc it cuts through alot of initial bs. Just results wise hasnt been treating me well.

The problem with an approach this direct is that you are going to receive alot of "I have a bf" answers and such, and even then when you get a number there's no guarantee they'll even remember you or want to talk to you on the phone. Girls are much likely to flake if there was no memorable conversation before you get the digits. If you're pressed for time you do what you gotta do but I think it's better to go in, tell her she's cute and strike up a conversation "are you a student, what do you do, like your style" and when the conversation is going good you have more of a reason to ask for her number, along the lines of "I gotta go but I want to talk with you some more later".
