As the topic states do alot of people do this just for the sake of it / DHV it can build.

Alot of the time I will find myself not approaching because I can't find attractive girls or does this sound like an AA excuse.

I don't do it for DHV, but I do it to get in state. Not necessarily girls I'm not attracted to, but maybe older women or whatever. For a while I was only approaching girls I was attracted to (because I was expending valuable energy on others) but AA came into play because I wasn't fluid. Obvi when I'm in flow and then a hottie comes along it's much easier to approach. Again the trade off is that you lose energy when you approach everyone & anyone to get in the groove but it seems worth it. It's like a video game. End of the day u gotta find the right mix for you.
