me - you know you shouldn't be drinking while ur on duty
fucking bitch - looks at me like im a piece of shit and says 'thats why im ordering water' then gives a smirk to her friends
me - 'ok then no need to be a fucking cunt:)' her face melted n her friends turned away from her cuz they cudnt stop giggling, i said thanks for the conversation and walked off
dont know what i was trying to accomplish but it was comical none the least haha _________________ if you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got

In my opinion, the opener was quite creative, but her answer was very rude. Perhaps, a good method would have been to stack an opinion opener after that, doing a little roleplay with her by continuing to treat her like a police woman. The expression and voice tonality would have been very important.
This could have worked, but another problem was the spatial distance to her group.
I would have been easier to open her group, waiting for her to rejoin, and then running the opener as a neg to her.
In my opinion, your answer was no neg at all, because it was too offensive and she had no reason to stay with you and begin a conversation.

From her perspective, you came in, had lower social status (shes a girl they are higher by default until...) and told her what to do. A strong independent woman dont take that. I had this reaction too, in Scandinavia, thats common.
I would try more neutral openers, like opinion openers... Innovative but once in a while you come across people who get offended. Don´t let it bring you down man, keep sarging!
