Girls on the beach are used to getting approached.
I never really do the whole "small talk approach for no reason" thing at the beach.
I always go to the beach with a few friends, and we play volleyball.
I'll walk down down the beach with a volleyball in hand, and invite people to play.
With girls (example):
Me: "Hey girls... you guys know anything about volleyball?"
HB: yeah, blah blah...
Me: *looking with concern*
Me: "Are you sure?"
HB: "YES! blah blah."
Me: "Prove it."
I throw the ball without warning (softly guys,

)
It always just bounces off of her.
Me: "You're such a liar! You're horrible."
Or
"Well I guess I know who's not on my team." Etc.
Obviously this doesn't work with everyone.
(Such as people not interested in playing.)
But I don't really go anywhere with sarging in mind...
I go there with intent to do something else.....
such as play volleyball at the beach.
It gives me the right attitude...
I have things to do, places to go, etc.
If she doesn't comply, that's her problem.
Keeps me aloof, and not jumping through hoops doing what she wants to do.
Now I'm rambling.
Just remember the beach thing.
Props are always good.
