I think her response is trying to reel me in to ask her what she did. It actually makes me think it wasn't fun at all lol. Am I right?

Could be kind of a shit test, but I seriously wouldn't overanalyze it since she hit you up first. Just look at it as, she initiated, wants you to know she was busy and having fun (could even be her qualifying herself), and wants you to do some of the work in keeping the conversation interesting. Maybe playfully write back something hinting at your previous conversations, like "Busy huh? I guess sitting by the fire reading Cosmo (or some other stupid thing girls do) is a full time job, isn't it?"

Or maybe call her out and be like "busy with lots of fun? Are you trying to impress me? That's so cute. A for effort." ---this is what I would do if she is a certain type of girl depending on how early you are in the relationship.

I definitely wouldn't ask what she was busy with. Chicks are dumb and have a habit of trying to make this difficult on us.. if you say "oh really what'd you do?" she'll just respond with something equally vague and boring at least in my experience.

I'm not really sure what I meant, maybe just that a playful girl who likes the back and forth early in the game would go for that text. I could see some girls being like "um, ok... rude" but then again that's probably because they weren't that interested in the first place. Who knows.
