Hello everyone, im a 22 year old mixed martial artist and am currently awaiting bootcamp in the Navy. I was in a relationship for almost 4 years on and off and earlier this year she broke things off with me and I haven't been the same since. I'm very nervous around girls and get a lot of anxiety when it comes to opening. So I avoid it at all costs. This is not my norm, before I met my ex I had pussy in my lap all the time and had no problem opening and achieving full close fairly quickly. My top score to this day has to be in the upper thirties but I really feel that this last breakup has completely ruined my game (my own fault). So I am just looking for some pointers on how best to approach a potential target and convey pure confidence. I also tend to not get the picture when I am denied, I have trouble moving on from my initial target and probably come off as a little clingy (I know, I'm probably sounding like a bitch). I guess my main goal is to get back where I used to be as a pretty successful PUA a few years back. So if anyone has ANY advice for me it would be greatly appreciated and I cant wait to get back out there! Thanks guys

Confidence is just a reflection of your innergame. If it's weak, your confidence will be low. If it's strong, then it's high. Success breeds confidence, and success comes with approaching as many sets as possible.
Also, be loud and take up space. That conveys confidence.
