How To Approach a HB9 who's with a man in front of a kiosk?

Hello!

Recently I dropped by my local kiosk looking at some newspapers and magazines that are sold there. During those moments I spotted a stunning HB9 standing about 2 steps or 5 feet away distant from me on my right hand side while she was chatting with a guy in front of that kiosk who then went to buy something there while she was still standing close to me and waiting for that guy.

I was absolutely lost for words and didn't know how to properly approach this girl or this mixed 2 set, in this case.

Please, tell me what kind of approach strategy would you use in this specific situation.

How to most effectively deal with the obstacle that's this guy and then smoothly approach and if possible, isolate the girl with my intention to exchange numbers with her in case the guy is not her boyfriend?
