I will walk around the mall and other places for at least 2 hours before I work up the courage to approach. When I do approach I have no idea how to flirt with them or have a fun conversation. I just get their opinion, say thanks and walk away. If it takes me that long to approach and I'm that much of an afc, it'll take years to get as good as someone who does it for a couple weeks. How do you overcome this and why is it so hard to approach cute girls around 18!

Reading material will help you but only you can make the decision to ignore the fear and just approach.

Find a buddy and take him with you. Make an agreement before hand to approach EVERY girl he directs you to. Give him a bunch of your cash and tell him to give you one back each time you approach. Whatever it takes to make you do it.

The fact that your even approaching to ask their opinion is still good though man. Baby steps. If you go out everyday and walk around asking girls opinions eventually it'll go from 2 hours to 2 minutes. Just try to stay in the convo a little longer each time. Follow their response up with your own opinion. Etc.

Alright man well what helped me is the 3 second rule which is where you just approach 3 seconds after you see them as so that you can't talk yourself out of it and get AA. Also i would try to program the Abundance mentality into your subconscious this will really help. Also man im 18 to and i just started this also and i went sarging and approached over 20 HB 9 and 10 yesterday and i never thought id get over my AA with girls like tthat, but if i can so can you so dont worry it comes with time and experience. I know you can do this though so dont fret.
