A good thing is to always look longer then she does, that way you will look more confident, whilst looking you can also initiate the staring game which will be a good thing for DHV. If you loose you can play it off by saying something like "you just can't stop looking at me, can you?"

The eyes are incredibly powerful. I use them as an opener in and of themselves. If you can catch her eye across the room that is an incredibly powerful opener.

On eye contact in general, you should also pace the woman, notice if she's shifting away from you. Some women do not feel comfortable under a strong amount of eye contact, and you want to build comfort, of course, some women really feel intrigued by strong eye contact, and in that case, you want to up to make sure that you continue to look at her.

Yeah as the above poster mentioned, you should hold eye contact longer than her to show your confidence.

However don't turn this into a staring match without showing any expression. What I like to do is squint a little then give a half smile/smirk whatever you call it. It's hard to describe. Girls find this really attractive.
