I need the best way to stop a girl when we are walking directly towards each other. Do I just stop her and say "Excuse me, Hi." Or do I Wave first and then say "Hi"

walking directly towards someone triggers a subconscious instinct of confrontation. Its best to approach from an angle. If, for some reason, thats not possible, its better to walk past her, and make a comment in passing, like a compliment about her sense of style, or something. Use strong tonality to catch her attention, and turn backwards to look at her as you continue to walk.

Delivered properly, she will usually stop, and turn to look at you with an answer. At this point, you walk towards her and introduce yourself.
