This opener worked really good for me.I sprinkled some preselection and some protector of the loved ones inside.It worked quite nice for me but i want your input.

"Hey girls,is it true that the house from there is haunted?"
They respond.Cut them or they`ll hijack the god damned thread.
Also add some pauses to the story right below so you don`t lose their attention.
"Well i was at midnight with my friend and his girlfriend at this house,and when we got inside,his girlfriend started screaming and jumped on me.I told them to calm down because nothing could happen but now her girlfriend stays with me because she doesn`t feel secure around him "add a wtf face here".and i try to get her to like HIM.Would it be a good ideea to go again inside the house and make him behave calm and cool so she likes him back?"
I usually add disqualification combined with challenge here

"Dude!you look same as her!I bet you are easily scared like her too!hahah"
