I am an old, old , old geezer (mid thirties)

near where i am working there is this super hot woman, id say about mid forties.

this woman looks great - i see her, and i literally think of nothing else but sex.
she has a great figure - big ol hips and threpney bits.

can anyone recommend any specific techniques for gaming this older type?

she may be married, i am not completely sure, but she always looks my way , and smiles, and i even think she might have wanted to talk, but was caught by a third party, and so the opportunity was lost.

she walks her dogs near me, can anyone please recommend good strategies, cos she is super tasty, and i wants me some of that action

I have dated chics that are older than me, enough where it would present itself a problem if I didn't prepare for it beforehand (evil smile j/k lol)

There's two approaches you could take to solve this:
1) The genuine approach: tell her (genuinely) that you thought she was much younger, and (after talking to her a bit/getting to know her a bit) that she seems pretty cool and you are glad you talked to her. This has worked for me before, but if you want the "quickfix" method of tackling this, approach 2 will eliminate this problem.

2) Tell her you have dated chic(s) her age in the past and it's no big deal. Then carry on as normal. When she sees that its normal for you and you don't have a problem with it, neither will she. This also fits you into the "preselected by women" - older women in this case, as Mystery puts it. The only problem with this approach is that you may have to "fake it until you make it" if you really never have dated a chic her age. As long as you cover your bases, this won't be a problem.
