I would say that you should avoid things that are disgusting or lack social proof. A better way to get over AA is to do something socially unacceptable. Try doing what Juggler says and call strangers in the phone book asking for movie reviews or play a game like Knock and Don't Run: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uoxcZiWK79c You will still most likely be rejected but it will push you to eliminate AA beyond just approaching.

Already did it. Part of the stylelife challenge. totally worked. Before that I would make up stupid excuses to not talk to girls, "Shes on the phone I don't want to interrupt her, or she's listening to an Ipod she probably won't care about listening to me" After that I really stopped caring as much. AA is much less of an issue it's now become closing anxiety. Im going out now to get rejected more in closing. I'm way to careful about it. Once I loosen up I'm sure i'll get more closes just for trying more. Thanks for the reply.
