If you are ever running in a city there are tons of attractive and in-shape girls running – and this method I read about online is now field-tested!

I was running in DC yesterday and got a smile from an HB7 and I glanced back around and looked at that fat a$$ jigglin and thought “I should man up. It’s now or never.” I turned around, caught up at the light, and looked at her to say “Ready to race?!” and took off. Of course she followed, and I ran with her for about 2 minutes before we were on her block at her place and it was an easy number close from there. Field-tested! and I was on cloud 9 for doin work yesterday.

This is brilliant I also live in DC and have always wondered about ways to make some sort of contact with hb's running there are a lot around the mall. I guess the key to this is to know for sure that the girl made eye contact and smiled or some other ioi before attempting this. Anyone got any ideas of how to start up a conversation with girls who are not running (maybe visiting the monuments for instance) when you are running?

I disagree that you need an IOI before attempting. The hesitation would be unattractive.

And you could go shock and awe, be like "I cant believe you. You had to stand here being so sexy and Im trying to run." Could work, might also come off scripted, like you were running to make yourself look good while picking up chicks.
