How to not be called a brother by a girl you just met?

Here in the place where we live we have this pattern of calling a new person brother or sister if he or she is 1 year elder or younger to you causing allot of problem for guys like us trying to pick up girls.

When my sister introduces me to her friends its like they address me as a brother that is like they have left me 1% chance of hitting on 'em. I don't have this problem with the girls the same age who I meet in club or in college.

Can you please suggest me on this? I don't want buggy sisters!!!! I WANNA DATE!!!

I can I stop junior girls calling me brother in first sight?
