I have noticed, in the past week, a new cashier girl working at the local gas station/grocery store. I stop there pretty much everyday after work to get a drink, and she is usually there. She's and incredibly sexy blonde, around 25 or so, no ring on her finger so I assume she isn't married I would love to approach her somehow, but I am lost on how to do it in this environment. I havent even got a name yet that's how lost I am. Any tips or adivce would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You're already in a good position heres why...

she works there, so you can see her on a regular basis. This is good because you can really calibrate how fast you build rapport with her. ( opposed to a bar/club scene where you're not sure if you'll see them again if you do not approach). This is also a really good way to build comfort and familiarize yourself with one another

The fact that you're there at her job really opens so many opportunities for openers..
a simple "So hows you day coming along?" is super indirect and really allows for her to open up. It's non threatening and genuine. with that alone, you can easily ping back with some statements/questions dependent on how she answers. from there you can easily transition the conversation in any direction you feel.
