OK, I'm moving about, checking out the territory. I do notice some chicks looking, get EC with one or two.

Problem is: I'm moving and don't catch on to the IOI till half a second later, when I've already passed the target.

How to take action on the IOI (looks/stares/EC) without looking like a complete dork? Best course of action to leave the scene and return a minute or two later?

i see this alor if im correct this is the situation you guys look at each other and when you guys walk by pass each other you guys look back and catch each other looking back at each other? Well for me thats a INVITE and i would just go up to her and say {what she is wearing} catch my eye or compliment her. She will be REALLY OPEN to talk to you because she already invited you. haha i dont know if i make sense or not but yea i hope you get the idea.

Honestly dude wink any time you are in a bar/lounge/club or any place like that and a girl holds your EC while u walk around. Just wink. If she giggles/smirks/winks back huge IOI go over and say "How dare you laugh at my twitch?!?!?!" Laugh when you say this though so she knows you aren't serious. Then go into an opener and get some kino going.

If they don't respond to your wink I usually don't waste my time unless they are real hott. The risk with the wink is that it can be taken as an IOI of your own and DLV you. If she doesn't bite walk away as if nothing happened. And then twenty minutes from then walk up and over the shoulder say "So I noticed you winking at me before."
