So the thing is that i'm a senior now and there is this girl that just got into grade nine who happens to be pretty hot. She's not one of those girls that wears a shitload of makeup and is a superficial slut. But she is pretty and cares about how she looks.

So i just can't build up the confidence to go up and talk to her because i can't find the appropriate setting. I don't have any classes with her, none of my friends are friends with her friends, we don;t have the same lunch together. So how do i approach her without intentionally trying to find her and without making it awkward?

maybe neg her on somehting shes wearing or how she is walking

since your a senior you could do something like if your in like a crowded hall playfully say watch it freshmanor if your with a friend and you see her hanging out with her group of freshman friends act like your talking to him alone and say something like "look at the new kids" say it loud enough so she can hear you

next time you see her, make sure you make eye contact, approach....

ME: .......

since she's a freshman and your a senior you could just use that to break the ice, and afterwards just ask about her background, and some negs in the mix, watch for IOI's and such...... let me know how it goes

if you're a senior and shes a freshman, you have enough social standing in her eyes to do anything. you don't need to impress her...in high school its basically a grade older is automatically upgraded social status. Like the other guys said, say something funny at first and bust her on whatever she says.

I agree, you already have an advantage of being older than she is. However, I think this could also become an obstacle unless she's a little mature for her age. Bottom line, I don't think you should have to try very hard to get her interested if you're older.
