I have a friend visiting me who has been following the PUA forums and whatnot. He's from germany, and refuses to try even approaching anyone in english. Do you guys have any encouraging advice for him and for anyone trying to sarge in a different language. By the way, his english is good enough to hold a conversation with a normal person (he's almost fluent), its just a mental thing.

Let me know what you guys think.

Girls. Love. Accents. If you are foreign, you have a card in your deck that none of us have. You could play the accent in so many different ways.

Just approach with confidence and the girl is eventually going to ask "Where are you from?" From here, you can either use cocky-funny or, I recommend using a DHV statement. Say "I am from Germany and I am here for a week on a multi-million dollar deal," or something along those lines. Or "I am here visiting my ex who just got a modeling contract".

You might be able to come up with better, but play the accent. It is a trump card that a girl will show interest in you.
