That sounds pretty cool, I'd be interested to see the stories you put in there, but it certinally opens the field to a whole range of possible paths.
I'd consider the spots where you have "DHV's" in there as continuations of the opener rather than seperate stories, so It'd be good if you could flesh those out a bit.
All in all, interesting idea for an opener, post some field reports on how you go with it!
On an unrelated note, how was the sandwich?
