The simple answer to all this is that, sure, why not, you use those routines, but if she refuses to give you a number at the end or if you have problems Day2'ing then you just haven't built enough attraction/comfort for the girl to get past that margin. Girls have no quams at all about stealing you from another girl (Notice that I say stealing you there, not cheating with you, she has to see it through that frame) if you have run your A3 correctly (She qulifys to you, you give IoI's. essentially you make it look like she won you over, and your current disqualfication is not as good as this girl.
If you run solid enough game, using those disqualifiers shouldnt be a problem, but I wouldnt recommend them to beginners.

Married men talk about how their wedding rings are a incredible magnets. It's peacocking, disqualification (partially), and pre-selection all in one.
The ring is only disqualifying if you also have the right attitude though. You could easily come off as a married man looking to cheat, which wouldn't be disqualifying at all.
