I will field test this, I promise, but I would like your thoughts before I get to it.

I didn't try this when I thought of it, because I was with my mom. Normally my mom would actually be a good wing, but not on this day.

I'm at a restaraunt and the waitress (HB 6.5-7.0, but there were some 8's there) mentions that the she really wanted to try the dish my mom got (I forget what, nothing special, really). I told her that my mom loved it, so she should try it. She says, "Yeah. I do get a discount afterall."

So, I come up with this opener to ask a waitress:

"Let me get your opinion on something. If you and I were to go on a date and I took you to this restaraunt to utilize your discount, would you be turned off by that?"

I think it has potential. It presupposes a date with her, gets her thinking about it, is disguised as an opinion opener, etc. Tell me your thoughts brothers and sisters.

To be honest i only read it once and i did'nt quite get it at first. But i think alot of the time there answer would be a straight 'no'. There's a PUA Training one similar to this on youtube. It was something like 'if a guy was to take you out on date, what would you like that date to be, where would you rather him take you, what would you have mind' not exactly that but something along those lines, this would be better because it gets them to use their tongue more so you can reach the hook point.

It's an excuse to flirt, and getting her to imagine a date with you. It's also a half-assed attempt at humor, the guy is asking her, "Do you mind if I use your discount on the first date because I'm a cheap bastard?" It's meant to be asked in a funny, playful manner.

I would say this

"Let me get your opinion on something.... If you and I were to go on a date and I took you to this restaraunt to try this meal, would you be interested? because I would be greatly interested in taking you out"
