I was wondering the best way to talk casually when in a group. For example, I'm at uni and want to know the best way to talk to even some of the hot girls when sat eating or drinking without going into routines but at the same time trying to build that attraction. Say we already know each other but we don't know know each other. How is it done without being too obvious your trying to hit on a bird?
Even something as simple as working in a restaurant, your mind is distracted by work so your not specifically trying to go through routines but cheeky small talk examples and flirting would be nice to know as I always come across as uptight or quiet when at work.

Just go up to them and ask them if you can sit with them. Almost no one is going to say "no."

From there, just be funny, and engage the whole group. At the end, get their numbers, and chose who you want!
