on okcupid, there are occaisionally cute girls with almost completely empty profiles. i send a message to them that says something like this.

i love your profile, you describe yourself so well, i feel like i've already met you. and we have so much in common too! but you might want to make it a bit shorter so more guys will actually read it. ;P


i think that last bit there with the smiley face is important.
