She's not real interested yet. The only question she asked you was "are you?" and that was her being polite. As well as her laughing...she's just being polite.

That's not bad though...at least she's still thinking you're worth being polite to. You need to build some rapport. Ask her for a girl's opinion on something more serious. There are tons of old Mystery openers that would work: The Jealous Girlfriend, is girl kissing girl cheating, or make up your own stuff based around some of her interests.

I also like the divorce routine for when I feel they aren't quite attached to me yet. "You're not cutting hair yet! Well I guess that's the final straw...we're going to have to get a divorce. You can have half the money but I get the vacation home in Hawaii and the pets."

These little conversation starters get her thinking and asking YOU questions. From what you showed us you've been just sending her fluff messages and she knows it and isn't responding well to it. Get to know her a little deeper.
